Located in India’s financial capital, Bombay, TOOLTRONICS was set up in 1978 by Mr. S.R. Sathe, B.E.(Mech), University of Michigan Ann Arbor, USA.
Mr. S.R. Sathe is joined in the business by his two sons Mr. Kedar Sathe, B.E.(Mech), M.S.(Industrial Management), University of Michigan Ann Arbor, USA and Mr. Shantanu Sathe B.E.(Electrical), M.S.(Electrical), University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Our directors are joined in the business by their respective wives.
